Summer inconveniences 

Dear Value customers 

The summer of 2021 was very challenging for Atira Lyons label. Majority of the year it was a major labor shortage and tons of problems from economical issues and life issues. If you ordered in the summer and still have not received your order….it’s either coming in the mail, a refund is being issued to as soon as possible, or an email is being sent out for a custom change. 

Some of our customers are so patient with us. It’s more than we could ever ask. We are human just as much as you, and we are doing the best we can during a pandemic as a small business can. 

With that being said… We are striving for Greatness everyday. You can always kindly email us and wait for a response (as we are wearing many caps at this time so it may take sometime.) You can also email us (contactus@atiralyons.com) and ask for a store credit cause Winter is coming. Limited edition pieces are coming soon...ready to ship.

Q: How long does it take for my items to ship? 

A: Current processing can take 14 - 24 business days.

Q: Do you do customizing or monogramming?

A: No.

Q: How do I care for my durag? 

A: Do not machine dry/wash it, hand wash and air dry ONLY.

Q: Can sleep in you durag?

A: YES, but if you would like to keep your du in good condition, I would not recommend sleeping in the durag every night.
